Effective starting: January 1, 2019
Danomics currently does not support management of End Users by Administrators from within Cloud Products. Administrator may at any time open a support ticket to deactivate one or more End User accounts and/or to open accounts for different End Users, so long as the total number of End Users is no larger than the paid-for number or the Administrator places an Order for the additional number of End Users. Danomics may take up to three (3) business days after receipt of the request to complete the change.
If an Order refers to “Named User” or “Authorized User,” those terms shall have the same meaning as “End User.”
Danomics reserves the right to update this policy at a later date if it adds functionality to allow Administrators to directly manage End Users within Cloud Products or as specified in Cloud Terms of Service
